This is the 3rd installment of the geological description of Tigrinyaland and Semien, which has been adapted from the work published by the French explorers Messrs. Ferret and Galinier in 1847. It discusses the primary terrains of Tigrinyaland and Semien composed of micaschist, protogine, and talcschist rocks.

This is an English translation of the Greek inscription of the Monument of Adulis, which tells us about the initial growth and the process of unification of the Axumite empire.
ተልእኾ ዌብሳይት
ርትዓዊ ሓበሬታ፡ ነቐፌታውን ሃናጽን ትንታኔ ከምኡ’ውን ማሃርቲ ትሕዝቶታት ብምቕራብ፡ ኣብ ምሕዳስን ምምዕባልን ትካላት ትምህርቲ፡ ቁጠባን ምሕደራን ኢቲዮ-ኤሪትራ ኣበርክቶ ምግባር ኢዩ ባህግና። ዝርዝር ዕላማታት ኤሪዮጲያ እዞም ዝስዕቡ ኢዮም:
- ልማድ መጽናዕትን ተተግባሪ ምርምርን ኣብ ኢቲዮ-ኤሪትራውያን ምስራጽ።
- ኢቲዮ-ኤሪትራውያን ድሌት፡ ክእለታት ከምኡ’ውን ልምድታት ተፈጥሮኣውን ማሕበራውን ስነፍልጠት ከጥርዩ ምትብባዕ።
- ኢቲዮ-ኤሪትራውያን ንዘለዎም ስነፍልጠታዊ፡ ኣእምሮኣውን ኢደግብራውን ክእለታት ኣብ ዝርከብዎ ከባብን ማሕበረኮምን ኣብ መዓላ ከውዕልዎ ምንቕቓሕ።
- ኣብ ምምዕባል ኣእምሮኣዊ ባህሊ ኢቲዮ-ኤሪትራ ኣበርክቶ ምግባር።
- ንኢቲዮ-ኤሪትራውያን ዝያዳ ኣፍልጦ ብዛዕባ ሕብረተሰቦም፡ ታሪኾም ከምኡ’ውን ተፈጥሮ ምድሮም ዘስንቑ ማሃርቲ ትሕዝቶታት ምቕራብ።
